Meet Jonathan Orchard, or, Jon, Jonny, Jonny O, Jono, the man behind Local Buzz Marketing. With very humble beginnings over a decade ago, Jon launched Buzz at his kitchen table. Today, (when he’s not rearranging the office furniture) Jon orchestrates advertising and marketing campaigns for a distinguished roster of clients, including renowned household names.
Beyond this, Jon is the founder of The Cambridge Hamper Company, the creator of ‘What’s the Buzz?’ magazine, and a part time composer. Jonathan Orchard Music
When not immersed in the world of marketing, (office layout) hampers and music, Jon enjoys cycling and spending time with his family in Norfolk.
Neil Lucas
Creative Director
Appearances can be deceiving! While Neil Lucas may exude the charisma of a Heart Radio presenter who effortlessly weaves music and conversation, he’s a seasoned creative designer with a remarkable 30-year career. Neil’s portfolio boasts the visual identities of numerous brands, a testament to his design prowess.
Today, Neil dedicates his expertise to crafting compelling advertising campaigns and designs that ignite the flames of creativity. When he’s not busy shaping visual narratives, you’ll find Neil sinking impressive shots on the snooker table, once boasting an impressive break of 88. He also relishes a round of golf and is a passionate chef.
Elsa Peacock
Digital Marketing Manager
Elsa’s journey with Buzz started in 2019 when she boldly stepped into the role of our in-house Social Media Influencer. Fast forward to today, and she has blossomed into one of our most respected Digital Marketing Managers. She’s got a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking that works wonders for businesses seeking social media marketing magic.
It’s no secret – Elsa is loud, and we mean that in the best way possible! Her vibrant presence and enthusiasm light up the room. You can hear her spreading ideas, laughter, and good vibes from miles away!
Outside of Buzz, Elsa devotes her time to her family. She also indulges in her passion for the influencer world, seamlessly balancing her roles as both most awesome mum and a social media luminary. We’re lucky to have her on our team, even if she does occasionally make the office walls shake with her enthusiasm!
Nikki Lombardi
Digital Marketing Manager
Meet Nikki, our bright Digital Marketing Manager who joined the Buzz family just last year. Armed with a degree in journalism and a creative flair that could make even a rainbow jealous, we knew she was destined to be an amazing asset to our team.
Nikki isn’t just a creative genius at work; she’s also a wizard in the kitchen. When she’s not busy crafting brilliant content for our clients, you’ll find her whipping up treats in the kitchen. Baking and cooking are her ultimate passions, and let’s just say, we’re always first in line when she brings her creations to the office!
So, here’s to Nikki, our multitasking, idea-spouting, and all-around fantastic team member who adds that extra sprinkle of magic to Buzz.
Jo Orchard
HR Business Partner
Jo is a partner in Local Buzz Marketing and an Associate CIPD CHRP. Jo consults with the management, providing HR guidance. Actively integrating the business strategy with people management practices. Jo also does the book-keeping for the company.
When not at Buzz Jo is running around being Mum to her two beautiful daughters, dancing at Tiny Tots dance classes and bouncing on the trampoline. In her spare time she loves playing netball and enjoying the fresh air walking with her dog Lira, especially at the beach.
Ray Orchard
Office Manager
In his spare time, Ray plays golf and bowls.
